Fat Diminisher System Review - Wesley Virgin Diet

Welcome to my blog about the Fat Diminisher Program!

In this post I’m going to describe what it’s like to follow the Fat Diminisher program. If you want to learn exactly how it burns fat, I suggest you watch this video review.

The Fat Diminisher program lasts for 12 weeks and is broken into 2 stages:

Stage 1: Detox for 2 weeks

Food

The first stage is vital! As I mentioned in my first post, if your liver is overloaded with toxins, it won’t be able to metabolize fat quickly and efficiently. So before you can start burning fat, you have to detox, and Wes Virgin has created a series of videos that explain exactly how to do it.

There’s no need to starve yourself during this stage. You can eat until you’re full, but you must give up bread, dairy, eggs, grains, meat, sugar, and anything with artificial ingredients. All you’re allowed are organic fruits and vegetables, raw nuts and seeds, coconut and olive oil, legumes, and filtered water.

This might sound extreme, but it’s necessary. Once all the toxins have been flushed out of your body, your liver will be free to burn fat instead of spending all its time filtering out toxins. Other benefits include a stronger immune system, increased energy levels, and more restful sleep. Note: People who want to lose fat even faster are advised to spend at least 3 days doing a lemonade cleanse, but this is completely optional.

Exercise

Since you’ll be spending the first 2 weeks flushing your system (and possibly experiencing “carb withdrawal”), you don’t have to do any difficult exercises. All the program recommends is at least 30 minutes of walking per day.

Stage 2: Lifestyle “Un-Diet” for 10 weeks

Food

The second stage is easier. You get to reintroduce foods like dairy, eggs, meat (including beef, fish, and poultry), and whole grains. However, you still have to avoid anything artificial and eat plenty of raw and organic foods. The main book goes into more detail about which foods are okay to eat and why.

During the un-diet, you’ll have to follow a few rules such as: drink plenty of water, eat several small meals a day, and have a cheat day every week. Generally it’s pretty low-carb but not as extreme as Atkins. Unlike the Atkins Diet, you still get plenty of carbs as long as they’re from healthy sources like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and honey.

Exercise

There are 3 different 12-week programs to choose from: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. The workouts take about 45 minutes and are done 3 days a week (and never 2 days in a row). And just in case there are some exercises you’ve never done before, the program comes with video animations of each one. It also comes with five 15-minute workouts for days when you’re short on time.

If that sounds intimidating, there’s good news. You don’t have to do any cardiovascular exercises for the first 12 weeks. However, once the 12 weeks are up you should start jogging, cycling, or anything else that keeps your heart rate elevated for 30 minutes. Don’t worry, by then it won’t seem nearly as difficult as it does now. Systems like yoga and pilates are recommended for people with a lot of stress.

Stage 3: Success!

Not everyone is going to lose 90 pounds like Wes did, but everyone is going to see amazing results if they stick with the program for 12 weeks. In fact, most people start seeing some results within 2 weeks.

One reason is because of the many extras that help you along. For example, the goal-setting guide. All you do is answer a few questions and it gives you specific, realistic goals and deadlines. There’s also a food diary and exercise log to help you stay on track.

One of my favorite things about this program is that it doesn’t focus on the scale. Body weight varies wildly from day to day. Sometimes an unknown variable can cause you to temporarily gain a few pounds even while dieting and exercising. This can be very discouraging if you check the scale everyday. That’s why it’s not just about pounds, it’s about measurements.

Because muscle weighs more and takes up less space than fat, you could start looking smaller even though the number on the scale has gone up. That’s why Fat Diminisher explains how to take your measurements and comes with forms so you can track them (instead of just checking the scale). All you need is some measuring tape.

Conclusion

All in all, it’s an excellent program. If you want to see results, you have to pick and program and stick with it. Wesley Virgin Fat Diminisher System is based on the many years of experience. Wes Virgin has had at in his training when he was a former army soldier. He’s been refining the program for years based on the results of his trainees, and he’s constantly finding ways to improve it.
